Memory and enthusiast product manufacturer Corsair has today opened the doors to its care@HEXUS forum. This means HEXUS can proudly announce that some seven world leading companies are now part of the care@HEXUS scheme.
care@HEXUS is a section of the flourishing HEXUS.community where HEXUS hosts customer care and technical support forums. All care@HEXUS forums provide a neutral and open ground for issues, queries and suggestions to be discussed. This allows participating companies to provide a frank and transparent level of customer service that a greater number of people can benefit from.
Take the presence of support staff and add to that some 21 000 HEXUS.community members and you have a recipe for quickly getting an answer to nigh on any question.
Corsair's been making speedy RAM since 1994 and remains a favourite amongst enthusiasts, pushing the limits with offerings such as the Dominator series. It manufacturers notebook and flash memory products too, along with power supply units and some fairly novel watercooling solutions. There are, of course, sections for all of these products in Corsair.care@HEXUS.
