Struggling to choose the right be quiet! power supply for your next Haswell build? Well, the plot thickens. Out here at Computex 2013 the German manufacturer has unveiled its latest range, dubbed Power Zone.

Heading to market in a choice of 650W, 750W, 850W and 1,000W capacities, the Power Zone range is to be be quiet!'s first fully-modular solution to date. Interestingly, the units will be certified as 80 Plus Bronze, with be quiet! telling HEXUS that it would rather offer more in terms of useful features than a lesser-equipped 80 Plus Gold unit.

To that end, the Power Zone PSUs - which we understand consist of FSP-made innards - will carry over the 135mm fan from the award-winning Dark Power Pro, as well as integrated fan connectors. Speaking of fans, be quiet! has also tweaked the unit so that the 125mm blower remains active for three minutes after shutting down to help lower temps and increase system longevity.

It's a tasty looking model, but will be quiet! be able to convince those who turn a blind eye to anything less than 80 Plus Gold? We're not so sure, but here's be quiet!'s Aaron Licht hoping to convince you otherwise:

Looks good!

How long is the warranty on it to be?
I bought a NEW be quiet PSU couple of years ago. It is not silent and in the same box as Corsair PSU's.

The only silent ones out there are LITE-ON and my favourite, SEASONIC
+ 1 - Be Quiet PSU's are not silent or that quiet. They good learn a lesson or two from Seasonic or Flextronic (Corsair AXi range)
