This 27” monitor with an exceptional 8K resolution, has an image quality that does match the reality!

The X2799WQ8U-B1 is equipped with the latest OLED panel technology. This superior panel is ultra slim (4mm) and offers a very wide color range. In addition, the monitor has an extremely low power consumption: once charged via the supplied adapter, it can operate for 168 hours.
The image quality of this display is absolutely sensational. 8K is up to 4 x times sharper than 4K Ultra HD (3840x2160), which on his turn is 4 times sharper than Full HD (1920 x 1080). Details are much more visible and offer the user an extraordinary viewing experience.
Besides the impressive picture quality X2799WQ8U-B1 features another exclusive feature. The monitor is manufactured according to a recent but proven method whereby the interior and exterior of the monitor are flexible. These flexible parts ensure that the monitor can be rolled up so that the monitor can be easily transported in the corresponding box. The monitor is therefore an ideal solution for flexible workstations, home offices and presentations.
The elegant design of the X2799WQ8U-B1 allows you to rotate the screen to portrait or face-up mode. A range of connectivity options, including micro HDMI, mini DisplayPort and USB 3.0 HUB ensures compatibility with any PC or laptop.
iiyama will launch X2799WQ8U-B1 in Europe on 1 April 2016. The monitor is available through retail outlets for a suggested retail price of €899,- incl. VAT.
