I've been looking at new monitors for years, still rocking an old Dell unit from about 10 years ago..
that G-master looks like it hits the sweet spot. makes me tingly thinking I could win one ;)
The links go to Iiyama Netherlands, it might be worth changing them to an English language iiyama site as the competition page is in English.

Same here. Mine's a Belinea-badged 1920x1200 Iiyama from 2008, which cost me Ā£200 at the time.

I've been waiting for the technologies from around 5 years after it's launch to come down to a reasonable price point to replace it. Mainly Ultrawide (2012), VRR (2013) and HiDPI/Retina (2014). Yet it's taken until this year for them to be combined at all, and then only in a screen the wrong side of a grand.
Iiyama are pretty cool, IMO. I've had two of their monitors myself and both were very good value for money, so I expect the same of these!
I am on a older 27" G-master / red eagle screen, but i would not mind a newer or a second one.

SO ! in it to win it. :-)
