According to code found embedded on the official EA website, the Star Wars: Battlefront game will be released on 17th November 2015. Video gaming site VideoGamer took a screenshot of the code, revealing the launch date of the PC, PS4 and Xbox One game, before it was edited out. We will be officially informed of the launch date and see a full gameplay trailer for the new Star Wars game shortly after 6.30pm UK time today, just a few hours away.

As you can see from the screenshot above, EA's official Star Wars: Battlefront website contained the text "…Available November 17, 2015 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC," until it was edited out. It was already known that EA was targeting the 'Holiday 2015' period with the game.
The internet, notably social media, has been going crazy over the latest Star Wars trailer. The Star Wars: The Force Awakens Official Teaser #2 was published yesterday and most fans are very excited by what they can see. This film, directed by "visionary director J.J. Abrams," will debut in cinemas on 18th December 2015.
While the official gameplay trailer for Star Wars: Battlefront will debut on YouTube tonight (6.30pm in the UK) you can already see about 10s of the game in a (small) thumbnail video display at the end of the above embedded trailer. The Endor moon forest combat footage may look like CGI but he game's lead level designer Dennis Brännvall confirmed that it is indeed in-game footage. EuroGamer notes that Brännvall took to Twitter to say "Yes, that is actually what the game looks like." He later clarified "That's not CGI."
