Apparently Microsoft are considering taking Sony to court over the console price comparison sheet that was released to the public in Japan following the announcement of the PS3 launch titles. The sheet stated that the Xbox 360 costs more to buy than the PS3, but also claimed that Nintendo's online service for Wii will only be free for the first six months, fuelling rumours that Nintendo will be looking at take legal action; it's been common knowledge that Nintendo have been pushing the fact that their online service will be totally free .
A Nintendo representative has stepped forward to confirm again that Wii's online service will be totally free to gamers.
