Two industry giants are at loggerheads over the box-art designs on two very similar products.

THQ is taking Activision Blizzard to court due to the design on the box-art of its latest off-road racing title, SCORE International Baja 1000 The Official Game, which it says looks remarkably similar to its off-road racing game, Baja Edge of Control.

We'll leave you to be the judge of that.
