Running at 1200MHz with rated timings of 5-5-5-18 and requiring 2.35V to operate, the modules ship in 2GB Dual Channel Kits and allow a VDIMM selection of up to 2.40V, part of OCZ's EVP (Extended Voltage Protection) functionality, that allows users to run these modules at up to 2.40V, without invalidating the OCZ Lifetime Warranty provided.
The modules also feature an OCZ EPP (Enhanced Performance Profile) SPD for DDR2-1175, allowing a seamless overclocking experience, without need for manual configuration. Also featuring an 8-layer PCB, OCZ cites that less 'crosstalk' enhances the total signal integrity of the modules.
The star of the show is clearly the presence of OCZ's Flex XLC (Xtreme Liquid Convection) cooling solution that harnesses a fusion of copper and aluminium design, allowing for either passive air or water cooling.
