Following on from the September 2012 launch of the 3XS Graphite laptop range, Scan Computers is this week expanding its portfolio with the addition of four new gaming-grade models carrying Intel's fourth-generation Haswell processor.
All four solutions come equipped with a quad-core Intel Core i7-4700MQ as standard, along with dedicated Nvidia GeForce 700M-series graphics. Setting the quartet apart, the 15.6in LG155 and 17.3in LG175's graphical capabilities are driven by a 2GB GeForce GTX 765M, while the premium 15.6in LG1510 and 17.3in LG1710 come with a choice of a 3GB GeForce GTX 770M or a range-topping 4GB GeForce GTX 780M.
Prices start from £850 and each model carries a good number of configuration options, so you're unlikely to be left wanting as far as CPU and GPU processing power is concerned. A full-HD 1,920x1,080 display is included as standard in all four laptops, as is 8GB of Corsair Vengeance memory, while storage is provided by a 500GB Western Digital Scorpio Black. Those who prefer to run with an SSD as the system disk will find a choice of mSATA solutions, as well as PNY or Samsung 2.5in drives.
All four models are now in stock and ready to order, but which variation is really catching your eye? Let us know in the comments below.
