NVIDIA AND SHUTTLE DELIVER POWERFUL SMALL FORM-FACTOR PC DESIGN

Shuttle's New XPC SN41G2 PC Leverages Power of NVIDIA nForce2 and GeForce4
Technologies to Deliver a Large Computing Experience on a Smaller Scale

LONDON - JANUARY 6th, 2003 - NVIDIA® Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA), the
worldwide leader in visual processing solutions, and Shuttle Computer Group,
Inc., a leading provider of motherboards and small form-factor PCs, today
announced the immediate worldwide retail availability of Shuttle's new XPC
SN41G2, a shoebox-sized PC based on the award-winning and industry-leading
NVIDIA nForce2ä motherboard platform processors.

"When we originated the XPC concept, we could only dream of chipsets like
the nForce2, which incorporate so many powerful and innovative features,"
said Ken Huang, director of XPC development at Shuttle. "With the release of
the SN41G2, it's clear that the XPC platform can be considered a powerful
replacement for virtually any PC on the market, while still offering the
performance and features users demand from high-end computers."

Weighing only 12 pounds (5.4Kg) and measuring only 11.7 x 8.9 x 7.2 inches
(295 x 200 x 180 mm), the SN41G2 incorporates GeForce4(tm) graphics, dual
VGA outputs (to drive two independent displays), Dolby® Digital 5.1 audio
playback and an AGP 8X slot for future graphics expansion. For digital
connectivity, the SN41G2 sports a S-Video-out, four USB 2.0 and three
FireWire® ports for easy connection to high-speed digital cameras, MP3
players and other popular digital consumer devices. The SN41G2 also makes
use of Shuttle's patented Integrated Cooling Engine technology (ICE), which
allows the efficient cooling of high-speed processors, such as the AMD
Athlon(tm) XP 2800+, without the fan noise associated with traditional
high-end PCs.

"The XPC SN41G2 validates our vision that PCs will become the central hub
for digital content delivery, providing end users with a single platform
capable of driving all of their high-performance, multimedia computing
needs," said Drew Henry, senior director of platform products at NVIDIA.

The SN41G2 is available now worldwide, from a variety of online resellers,
authorised retailers, system integrators and distributors. Manufacturer's
suggested retail price (SRP) is £250 (excl. tax).
