CES 2016: AOC shows 160 Hz curved gaming monitor, Quantum Dot display and next-gen 4K monitor in Las Vegas
Amsterdam, 15 December 2015 – From 6 to 9 January 2016, display specialist AOC presents a full range of its newest display innovations at CES 2016 in Las Vegas: Visitors will find a new curved gaming model, a 4K display with HDMI 2.0, colourful images powered by Quantum Dot and unique designs at the booth.
Immersive gaming
Be drawn into an even more intense gaming experience! The new AOC C3583FQ 160 Hz gaming monitor premieres at CES. It comes with a 35” (89 cm) curved panel to frame the player’s field of view completely and engages him or her even more in the action. The integrated Adaptive-Sync technology is FreeSync compatible and together with the 160 Hz refresh rate will get every gamer’s pulse racing thanks to smooth, lag-free images without screen tearing or ghosting effects.
Impressive colour explosion with Quantum Dot technology
The AOC I2771FM9 with Quantum Dot technology will impress visitors with its vivid and brilliant image quality. Whether movies, videos or photos: the 27” (68,6 cm) IPS display provides an extremely wide range of colours and makes slide-shows, photo and video editing even more satisfying for users.
Super-smooth 4K playback and editing with HDMI 2.0
AOC will also present a new 4K highlight at the stand: The U2879VF combines the 4K UHD resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels with ultra-fast connectivity options for private and professional use. The 28” (71.1 cm) display boasts DisplayPort 1.2a and HDMI 2.0 which enable image transmission at super-high speeds. This way, users can enjoy crystal clear 4K video content with up to 60 frames per second. The display also comes with AMD FreeSync™ technology for super smooth gaming without input lag or screen tearing.
Superior design meets imposing image quality
With the I2781FH AOC combines an ultra slim premium design with supreme image quality: Nearly borderless and equipped with a unique asymmetric metal stand, the display is an eye-catcher on every desk. Its 27” IPS panel ensures highest-grade colour fidelity, sharp contrasts and stunning details for simply brilliant images.
Also available in 23.8”, 23” and 21.5”, the I2781FH will be launched in March 2016. Its MSRP will be £199. As with all of its displays, AOC offers a 3-year warranty with on-site exchange service.
