Excellent image quality with FPR 3D technology
Flicker-free videos and brilliant images are ensured thanks to the innovative FPR (Film-type Patterned Retarder) 3D technology, delivering a new generation of 3D. Contrary to the shutter technology, there are no shutter glasses required to generate parts the 3D effect, instead this is achieved purely through the technology within the monitor. The FPR 3D technology therefore only requires polarisation glasses without batteries and is thus a light weight solution, which is comfortable to wear. In addition, polarisationglasses cost a lot less than battery-powered shutter glasses. 3D glasses and a clip-on for those wearing glasses are included in the package of the d2757Ph.
High-grade IPS panel
IPS (in-plane switching) is an advanced LCD technology, allowing for extremely wide viewing angles, high contrast and astonishing colour stability. The d2757Ph delivers crisp images with unaltered colours up to viewing angles of 178° (horiz. / vert.), enabling multiple users to enjoy the great picture quality on the large 68.6 (27″) screen from different viewpoints. Featuring a static contrast of 1000:1 (dynamic contrast: 20,000,000:1), an ultra-short response time of only 5 ms and a luminance of 250 cd/m2, the LED model offers great performance not only for professional graphics usage, but also for demanding users at home - all this at a very competitive price.
2D to 3D conversion
Through a hotkey on the bezel, the integrated software can be activated, which converts various 2D content to 3D. Old photos, home videos or classic movies can thus be viewed in an entirely new perspective.
High-class design
The stylish design of the d2757Ph with its black, 5.8 mm thin frame and brushed metal front band turns this monitor into a real eye-catcher. Thanks to the super-thin frame, two or even three monitors can be placed easily side by side with nearly seamless transitions. Moreover, the d2757Ph comes with a detachable stand, which allows to transforms the display in no time at all into a large presentation monitor or giant digital picture frame. This also makes it a perfect second display for your notebook.
Easy on the environment
As all other displays from AOC with LED backlights, the d2757Ph is also manufactured completely mercury-free. The model fulfills the strict requirements of TCO 5.0, EPA 5.0 and EPEAT Silver, which define the level of energy consumption, the use of hazardous substances and the recyclability.
The warranty period is 3 years including an on-site exchange service, underlining the fact that AOC ranks amongst the top service providers in the monitor market.
The d2757Ph has entered the market in November 2012; the recommended retail price is £ 259.
