NVIDIA's GeForce2 Go Graphics Processing Unit Chosen For
Packard Bell iPower 7000 Series and NEC Versa P440 Mobile PCs

LONDON - July 15th 2002 -NVIDIA(r) Corporation (Nasdaq:
NVDA), the worldwide leader in visual processing solutions, today announced that
NEC Computers International (NEC CI), Europe's sixth largest manufacturer of
personal computers, supplying the consumer market with the Packard Bell brand
and the professional market with the NEC brand, has chosen the NVIDIA
GeForce2(tm) Go 200 Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) for its new consumer
notebooks, the Versa P440 and iPower 7000, both available through its consumer
brand, Packard Bell.

Available in pre-configured and customise to order,
NEC's Versa P440 and Packard Bell's iPower 7000 notebooks will offer a full
range of specifications, including Pentium(r)4 processors ranging from 1.6 to
2GHz; 256 or 512MB DDR memory; and 20 to 40GB hard drives. All systems will
feature a 14-inch or 15-inch display and a GeForce2 Go 200 32MB mobile graphics
solution.

"We are pleased to be working with a European market
leader such as Packard Bell/NEC to deliver 'desktop level' graphics performance
and visual quality in a mainstream notebook computer," said Alain Tiquet,
Marketing Director EMEA for NVIDIA. "With the GeForce2 Go 200 mobile GPU, NEC's
Versa P440 and Packard Bell's iPower 7000 notebooks will deliver the outstanding
multimedia experience that is critical to the consumer's computing experience."

"NVIDIA GeForce2 Go 200 GPU offers simply the best
price/performance ratio on the market today," said Louis Perrin, European
Products Manager for NEC CI. "Offering this technology to the mainstream
consumer market demonstrates NEC CI's policy to bring the most compelling
features, specifications and benefits to our customer base."

NVIDIA GeForce2 Go

Setting new standards for mobile 2D, 3D and multimedia
graphics performance, the GeForce2 Go was the world's first mobile graphics
processor to support transform and lighting in hardware, delivering breakthrough
3D rendering power, up to ten times faster than typical notebook graphics.

By combining NVIDIA's superior graphic technologies with
dynamic, industry-low power consumption, the GeForce2 Go raised the graphics
performance bar in notebooks, whilst also providing a full feature set
previously only available on desktop GPUs including: per-pixel shading, NVIDIA's
TwinView(tm) multi-display technology, and Digital Vibrance Control for clean,
bright, crisp visuals.
