Fallout 4 may well be the most highly anticipated game of the year and, as a new blog post by Bethesda points out, it's almost ready for release. So, just a month or so ahead of launch, the games developer has provided updates on the minimum and recommended specs for PC systems, the release times in various world regions, and the various voice/text languages supported by the game.

Minimum PC Systems Requirement

  • Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit OS required)
  • Intel Core i5-2300 2.8 GHz/AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0 GHz or equivalent
  • 8GB RAM
  • 30GB free HDD space
  • Nvidia GTX 550 Ti 2GB/AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB or equivalent

Recommended PC Systems Requirement

  • Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit OS required)
  • Intel Core i7 4790 3.6 GHz/AMD FX-9590 4.7 GHz or equivalent
  • 8GB RAM
  • 30GB free HDD space
  • Nvidia GTX 780 3GB/AMD Radeon R9 290X 4GB or equivalent

Release dates and times

For PC gamers the game will be available digitally, all over the world, on 10th November at 12.01am local time. For PC owners in the US, with its multiple time zones, it will become available at 12.01 EST. In Asia Fallout 4 will become available at 12am on 11th November, and Japan has its very own release date of 12am on 17th December.

There will be quite a range of languages available in various permutations, depending upon your region. Here in the UK there is only English voice/text but in North America there is a choice between English/French voice/text.

Bethesda further informs us that Fallout 4 has support for gamepads on PC and supports Steam Achievements.

With my little overclock on Phenom 2 964 (3.4 up to 3.8 and voltage up slightly to 1.36 stable and not any higher than 59 degrees on stock cooler) combined with the R9 380 I am getting next week it should be awesome decent experience.
So looking forward to playing this :D

No Spanish? Is Bethesda owned by Trump, or something?
Just hope the hype is worth it, we have been let down so much this year.
