New teaser trailer reveals mystery Star Wars game

Though no details have been revealed, Lucas Arts has unleashed a teaser trailer for a brand new Star Wars title that is due to be announced at the VGA Awards on December 12th.

The trailer doesn't even reveal the game's genre, though we'd guess it's heavily action based.

The big reveal will be aired on Spike TV on December 12th.

If it's anything like the derth of games they've released lately, I'll pass.

If, however, someone at Lucasarts takes the brave decision to re-vamp the utterly excellent X-Wing or X-Wing Vs Tie Fighter series, I'm in!

No - has to be the original Tie fighter -by far the best of series by far - amazing story that took days and days to complete. Plus you got to be a bad guy being a good guy protecting the big bad guy!

(By the way - The millenium falcon one they did after Xwing vs Tie fighter was rubbish!)

looks like Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, maybe its a PC version - according to play.com theres a Mac version due in March
