Conclusion
In truth, there is very little wrong with the card. We like the form factor, cooler, lack of RGB bling, solid core overclock, and aesthetics.EVGA knows that it needs multiple GeForce RTX 2060 cards to cater for those with differing budgets, cooling requirements and form factors.
At the top of the tree is the XC Ultra, comprising a dual-slot cooler on top of a small PCB. It's up to scratch, too, as it can easily tame the GPU running close to 2GHz in games.
In truth, there is very little wrong with the card. We like the form factor, cooler, lack of RGB bling, single power connector, solid core overclock, and aesthetics.
Our only real gripe, therefore, is price, with the card fetching £400 at UK retail, representing a £70 hike over the very reasonable Founders Edition, and about the same price as the Radeon RX Vega 64.
It needn't be this way; the same card is just $379 in the US, so if pricing were more in line - £360 or so - we could recommend this card. As it stands, value is hard to find for this otherwise well-though-out interpretation.
