ASUS may have kick started the nettop market with its Eee Top ET1602, but MSI is quickly following up with all-in-one systems of its own.
After the launch of the rather ugly-looking Wind NetOn AP1900, the Taiwan-based manufacturer looks set to follow it up with the far-more-swish AE 1900, pictured below.
The all-in-one nettop, found buried in MSI Japan's website, is a sleek-looking system that features a few notable improvements over existing alternatives. Improving on ASUS' Eee Top, MSI has equipped the AE1900 with a larger 19in screen and a tidy slot-loading DVD drive.
Elsewhere, however, it's a familiar story. In addition to the usual goodies - that's a built-in webcam and Wi-Fi connectivity - the system packs the traditional innards, including a 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor, 1GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive and Microsoft's Windows XP operating system.
There's no mention of availability (as far as we can tell, our Japanese is a little sketchy), but here's hoping this one makes it to UK shores.
