G.Skill goes tactical with Sniper series of memory modules

G.Skill has adopted the military look to flaunt its new Sniper series of memory modules.

Believing that looks can kill, there are two camouflage choices - Metallic Army Green or Pitch-Black - to adorn heatspreaders that make just a fleeting reference to military hardware.

In asking whether you're ready to pull the trigger, G.Skill wants to sell the prowess of the Sniper series, particularly in ultra-low voltage scenarios - ideally, around the 1.25V mark. There are also capacities to fit all hands here, from 8GB to 24GB.

If you can dig down to the 1.25V trench, G.Skill claims a 10 per cent reduction in power consumption and improved thermal stability to boot, so if you're a gaming or modding enthusiast, the company believes this range is calling you to arms!
