Green and blue get it together

HEXUS @ CeBIT 2007 As we all know, if you wanted NVIDIA integrated graphics you had no choice but to go for an AMD board. But perhaps due to the success of Core2 Duo, the MCP73 chipset is now making an appearance so Intel fans can get some green graphics with their blue CPU.

The snappily titled MCP737MA – S2H mainboard from FOXCONN supports Intel Core2 Quad Core, Core2 Extreme and Core2 Duo with 1333/1066/800/533MHz FSB, LGA 775. As the MCP73 name tells you, it features NVIDIA GeForce 7 integrated graphics and has support for single channel DDR2 667/533 memory.

There’s a single PCIe x 16 and 3 PCI slots along with provision for 2 SATAII drives and 1 IDE. Othe extras are 7.1 HD audio, 10/100 Mb Lan and USB 2.0.
