Acer had its brand new Ferrari 1000 mobile notebook on show, based around AMD Turion 64-X2 processing power, the carbon fibre-clad model also features laser-etched buttons round the keyboard for the most common tasks.

Funky and mobile, if only the Ferrari tag didn’t add such a premium to the price it certainly would be worth a look if we were in the market for a mini-notebook.
