Putting warranty duration where its mouth is, MSI has announced the rolling-out of a 3-year warranty across its mainboard and graphics card range.

The manufacturer tells us that its innovations, such as Military Class II components, have allowed it to further back-up its commitment to quality and reliability. The increased warranty duration extends to all applicable mainboard and graphics card purchases - from authorised MSI resellers in the UK - from January 1st, 2011 onwards.

Good to hear, now could I still send out my Sandy Bridge B2 motherboard for replacement with a new B3, it seems I wasn't aware that there was a replacement program in place by MSI and have NOW missed the deadline!

Always good to hear, although never had an MSI product ever go wrong. Kids still using an old socket A MSI motherboard which I am sure will last longer than me.
