CeBIT 2011 is coming up, and you know what that means; dozens of GPU manufacturers attempting to stand out from the crowd.

PowerColor has a track record of trying something different, and it looks as though the manufacturer will be at it again with an Eyefinity 6 edition of AMD's Radeon HD 6870.

The card's actual specification remains unknown, but the above image goes a long way toward telling you everything you need to know. Clock speeds may vary, but this is ultimately a Radeon HD 6870 card hooked up to half-a-dozen mini-DisplayPort outputs with AMD Eyefinity technology.

Is PowerColor thinking multi-monitor gaming on a budget? Perhaps, but we're certain the Radeon HD 6870 core will struggle to churn out acceptable frame rates at mega-high, multi-monitor resolutions. We'll get all the finer details at CeBIT next week.
