Take a gander at the SilverStoneTek Raven for confirmation.
Grrr, I'm hard, is what it would say if the Raven could speak.
SilverStone is aiming the Raven - part of a matching range that includes a mouse - at the enthusiast whose budget is around the £75 mark.
The plastic surround is reminiscent of a Transformer, and the front portion, hiding the 5.25in bays, slides down in super-smooth fashion.
Inside, though, it's a steel affair, but with a twist...
Note how everything has been rotated 90 degrees to the right? SilverStone reckons that this arrangement is better-suited to cooling hot-running components in an efficient manner. After all, hot air rises.
A couple of 180mm fans are positioned at the bottom, just above the PSU, and blow a steady stream of cool air over the graphics cards and memory.
Interestingly, the hard-drive caddies can be one-touch removed and feature internal connectors that enable hot-swapability.
Expect to see this beast on the shelves in August/September this year.
