DrayTek are launching the Vigor 3200, the latest in a new range of high speed routers supporting 4 Gigabit Ethernet WAN ports and Gigabit LAN with an additional dedicated DMZ port.

With the increasing demand for higher capacity Internet connectivity, users can connect up to four different Internet feeds into their LAN and the Vigor 3200 will automatically balance the traffic across all of the connections.

The 150 Mb/s throughput devices can support a mixture of Cable Modem, ADSL or VDSL modem, Satellite Feed, any Ethernet based connection or 3G with USB Dongle. So whether the customer wants to load balance traffic across multiple connections or needs a failover option the Vigor 3200 is a perfect fit.

In addition the Vigor 3200 supports up to 64 VPN dial-in/dial-out with VPN co-processor and up to 10 SSL VPN tunnels for remote dial in. VPN support is provided out of the box with no additional licences or cost associated with them.

Business users will appreciate the 802.1q VLAN tagging support and extensive QoS facilities to make the most efficient use of bandwidth on the LAN and WAN side.

Consistent with the DrayTek range the Vigor 3200 has a comprehensive and robust firewall which includes protection against DoS attacks, IP-based attacks and access by unauthorised remote systems. Network administrators can utilise the web content filtering features to block specific or types of web site (e.g. gambling or adult sites) or to restrict access to certain times of the day (e.g. social networking not allowed at lunch break) subject to subscription but can be tried on 30 day free trial.
