AMD Fusion dual-core APU motherboard with support for DirectX 11

September 2011 - ASUS is announcing launch of small, silent and fully featured E45M1-M PRO motherboard.

This motherboard supports integrated AMD Dual-Core Processor E-450 with AMD RadeonTM HD 6320 Graphics. This revolutionary APU (Accelerated Processing Unit) combines processing power and advanced DirectX 11 graphics in one small, energy-efficient design to enable accelerated performance and an industry-leading visual experience. It features single-channel DDR3 1333 memory support and accelerates data transfer rate up to 2.5GT/s.

AMD® FCH A50M (Hudson M1) is designed to support up to 2.5GT/s interface speed and PCI Express 2.0 x 16 (at x4 speed) graphics. It supports 6 x SATA6Gb/s ports and 14 x USB 2.0 Ports.

E45M1-I DELUXE provides complete USB 3.0 solution that facilitates strategic USB 3.0 accessibility for both the front and rear panel - 4 USB 3.0 ports in total and for  enhanced durability E45M1-I DELUXE comes with high-quality conductive polymer capacitors for durability, improved lifespan, and enhanced thermal capacity.

E45M1-I DELUXE provides Effective Fanless Heat Dissipation at 0dB. The passive cooling solution provided by the large yet low profiled dual heat-pipe heat sink covering the CPU and the graphic processor, plus the extra 2oz of copper, allows the powerful yet compact system to be cooled within limited spacing. With the additional support of fan headers, users are able to build compact yet flexible systems.

E45M1-I DELUXE comes with Flexible, Easy UEFI BIOS that offers a user-friendly interface that goes beyond traditional keyboard only BIOS, to enable more flexible and convenient mouse controls. Users can easily navigate the new UEFI BIOS with the same smoothness as their operating system. The exclusive EZ Mode displays frequently-accessed setup info, while the Advanced Mode is for experienced performance enthusiasts that demand far more intricate system settings.
