Samsung announced today that its Galaxy Note 3 officially joined the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 2 in its ‘10 Million Seller Club’. To mark the event Samsung released an infographic to commemorate its best selling phones and smartphones. Back on the topic of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, it forced the opening of 10 million wallets in just 60 days, proving that the phablet is a clear hit with consumers.
The ’10 million seller club’ tracks all the Samsung phones which have reached 10 million sales over the years and it includes models such as the S5230 Tocco Lite from 2009 which shifted the requisite amount in six months and Note 3’s ancestor, the Galaxy Note, which was a surprise hit in 2011. But the Note 3 has beaten both the Note’s nine months and Note 2’s four months in reaching 10 million units in just two months.

We have to give Samsung some praise, as it has sold over 10 million of each of the Galaxy S and Galaxy Note flagships over the years, without fail. The reserved spot for the next Samsung handset to join the ’10 million seller club’ could well be taken by the Galaxy S5 due to release next year, or might it be gazumped by the rumoured Note 3 Lite?
