The thing we have to re-iterate is the JX10's tiny size. It's so incredibly small that it’s easy to forget you are wearing it. Of course, there are usually compromises that have to be made when designing to this scale but with the JX10 things are rather different - it really is a very complete and competent device.

Considering the RRP of £99.99, the JX10 is very much at the high end of the market for Bluetooth headsets, although some retailers have already slashed the prices to around the £60 mark.

While there is no doubt you lose some functionality compared with the likes of the previous range-topper, the BT800, that is, perhaps, inevitable given the diminutive size. But the JX10's small size, plus its excellent performance and the quality all-round package, does make it one of the best headsets out there.

interesting. might be looking for another head set. I managed to forget the pin code for my original Sony Ericsson one so can't pair it with my phone :(

wonder is there is any way to do a hardware reset on it?….

I use one of these JX10s everday and I have to say it is one of my favourite “toys” works very well

I have to say tonight I have had a bad experience - the unit allows you to plug the USB cable in either way around - if you plug it in the wrong way it shorts the laptop (the system I am using at the moment) and the entire thing shuts down….

In fairness I do need to point out that the other side of the big yellow sticker does state that you shold always take care when plugging in the USB lead as failure to do it properly may lead to problems. It is also shaped, so to put it in the wrong way round does actually require some force… :o

With a quoted talk time of six hours plus eight days standby, the JX10's spec is impressive considering its size. The range of the headset is seemingly standard for Jabra, coming in at 10 meters or 33 feet.
