Sony Ericsson have aimed to take sophistication up one gear today, withthe announcement of their new T250 cellular phone.

'Simple sophistication' is the phrase delivered by the company who believe that the stylish finish that the T250 is adorned with, finally breaks barriers and delivers a phone, minus the high price tag, with a premium feel.

Putting aside the stylish metal finish, the new model which will be available in selected markets from Q3 2007, makes a 12.6mm slim chassis its home and has a feature set including an FM radio and VGA camera.

Further functionality includes a speakerphone, predictive text input and picture messaging (MMS) support.

The T250 removes a lot of the bells and whistles found in higher end products and aims to deliver straightforward features, being a phone that does the basics well, yet not compromising design. The company believes that the advanced design of the T250, clearly resembles that of the higher end T650 also announced today.

Colour options for the T250 are kept to a more minimal black or silver, rather than the imaginative colour options available for the higher end T650 and S500 range.

Thanks very much for the comment - yes, it is negative but we know only too well that you are right to point this out.

So, no arguments here from me!

This was a simple oversight, not corrected cos everyone is so busy - and Navin is far too polite to shout and scream at us about this.

We're sorting out Navin's access rights to ensure that he is able to include pics.

Sincere apologies.
