PRESS RELEASE

Brand Store customers now able to get their hands on new Android device this Sunday

28 September 2012, London, UK - Samsung Mobile UK today announced that customers who visit the Samsung Brand Store at Westfield Stratford City this Sunday, 30th September, will be able to get their hands on the Samsung Galaxy Note II a day before it becomes available from other major networks in the UK.

An official launch set to take place from midday on Sunday at the store, will allow customers to benefit from an exclusive price promotion when they buy a Galaxy Note II. In addition, lucky customers will have the chance to enter a number of competitions, to win a Galaxy Note II, that highlight the gaming and creative capabilities of the device.

Simon Stanford, Vice President, Telecommunications and Networks, Samsung UK and Ireland said: "We're pleased to announce that we are able to bring the Galaxy Note II to our Brand Store customers a day before it goes on general release in the UK. We've had a great response to this new device since first announcing it at IFA last month, so wanted to do something a bit special for it around launch day. We're looking forward to hearing what our customers have to say about the updated features and design of our latest Galaxy device when they get their hands on it this weekend."

The Galaxy Note II will be available to buy in the UK from the Samsung Brand Store at Westfield Stratford City from 12 noon on Sunday 30 September, followed by all major networks, key high street and out of town electrical retailers from Monday 1 October.
