PRESS RELEASE

Last month, Motorola launched its latest device with our most advanced camera system ever. A phone which has brought nighttime photography to the masses. A phone that enhances your vision so you can take the best shots, regardless of the time of day.

Motorola has a 90-year history of responding to meeting consumers desires and has always been one step ahead when it comes to innovation and craftsmanship. From enabling the communication from the first moon landing back to earth and launching thaticonic clamshell, we all knew and loved, Motorola’s pioneering spirit has a history of inspiring and responding to consumers’ desires.

Quad Pixel Technology

That’s why the motorola one vision comes with Quad Pixel technology, a term coined by Motorola’s R&D team (in replacement of the current technical term ‘pixel binning’), following an extensive qualitative research study to land on a new industry term which would be clearer for consumers to understand the wealth of benefits this technology brings.

Quad Pixel technology, combines four pixels into one large 1.6μm pixel, which is critical to capture clear photos, particularly in low light. This, combined with optical image stabilization (OIS), means photos don’t come out grainy or blurry even at night.

The 48mp sensor is crucial in this process - and about 28% bigger than many of the flagship phones on the market today.Due to Quad Pixel technology this larger 48mp sensor is four times more sensitive to light,  and the result? Incredibly sharp 12 MP photos with vastly improved performance in low light conditions.

Insta-ready selfies

Meanwhile, you can rest assured that you will look your best in any light with the25 MP front-facing camera that also features Quad Pixel technology. Giving you a choice of pixel sizes depending on the situation, the camera guarantees you snap high-quality photos every time.

Artificially Intelligent Camera Features

What’s more, you don’t have to spend a lot for state-of-the-art photography on your mobile device because the motorola one vision camera is powered by artificially intelligent features driven by the deep learning capabilities of its octa-core processor. For example:

·       Night Vision mode – for bright, vivid photos with stunning clarity and more accurate colours

·       Auto Smile capture – so you never miss that perfect group shot

·       Smart Composition – because who has time to remember ‘the rule of thirds’ for every shot?

·       Portrait mode – so you can capture high quality and shareable photos in any lighting conditions

pricing and availability

motorola one vision is available now at Amazon, John Lewis, Vodaphone and Motorola.co.uk, for £269 RRP.
