Latest and greatest models on display
MSI, the world-class manufacturer of notebooks is due to exhibit at the upcoming Gadget Show Live 2011 event held at the NEC Birmingham. The show kicks off on Tuesday 12th April running through till Sunday 17th April. This show, now in its third year is bigger than ever, yet again selling out with in excess of 80,000 tickets.
MSI will be joining the Gadget Show Live 2011 for the second year in a row, aiming to showcase their latest generation consumer products to the wider tech-consumer audience that the show attracts. MSI will be displaying the latest in their All-in-One touchscreen desktop PCs, Notebooks, Netbooks and tablets. Of particular interest will be hands on demos with the brand new CX640 2nd generation Intel® CoreTM processor based laptops. These laptops feature the ultimate in data protection with hard disk shock proofing and one touch backup facility. Along with USB 3.0, active backlighting, quick boot and dedicated graphics support it presents a fully featured product with a stylish design.
In addition, MSI will be holding gaming competitions on their GX660 gaming notebooks throughout the event, with the option to take on the world leaders in professional gaming, Team Fnatic. Play head to head on the latest games, those who beat them will win their very own MSI netbook! Also on display will be the latest GT680 which has just launched. This brand new model is based on the new 2nd Generation Intel® CoreTM i7 processor with up to 16GB of memory in addition to NVidia 460M graphics. There will also be a chance to glimpse the GT780 17" Gaming notebook in conjunction with SteelSeriesTM. This notebook, not due for release until the second half of the year features the latest technology in gaming, including professional DynaudioTM Hi-Fi class built in speakers. The outcome is the ultimate sound quality possible on a notebook currently.
All-in-Ones combine the traditional desktop PC and the latest in touchscreen technology into one sleek and stylish PC. A wide range of benefits from latest connectivity to low power consumption have made this series of products the perfect solution for today's consumers. Along with the current range, MSI will also be displaying the latest AE2420 3D, a 24" All in One with 3D capability. Get the chance to immerse you senses with the latest games and movies in 3D. In addition MSI will be offering the chance to win an AE2220 All in one PC by simply visiting the booth.
Also making its debut will be the Windpad 100W Intel Atom powered tablet PC. A fully featured PC in tablet format, with MSI's exclusive touch-button technology, docking station and multi-touch screen built in. This is the first in the range of tablet PCs from MSI, with more to follow later in the year. With full Windows 7 functionality, the Windpad 100W provides the ultimate portable PC experience.
MSI will be making a number of items at the show available to purchase with exclusive discounts for visitors to the show through its cooperation with the technology experts Scan Computers. Scans located at Booth G1 will provide facility's to order MSI products instantly, along with answering any questions you have about your new product.
