Press release
Award-winning voice and data communications provider Entanet is aiming to educate visitors to its stand at Convergence Summit South - which takes place at Sandown Park on 7th and 8th October - on the benefits of its new resale and wholesale ADSL2+ services.
Visitors to stand 6 will be able to learn about Entanet's extensive involvement in BT's 21CN and in particular its investment in WBC (Wholesale Broadband Connect), the national broadband aggregation and transport service that has enabled Entanet to become the first communications provider to launch ADSL2+ services on the new network. By building out its own network to the 20 WBC nodes, Entanet has already launched a new portfolio of competitive and flexible resale and wholesale services.
Reseller partners will learn how they can provide their customers with more stable broadband services at ADSL2+ speeds with Entanet's 2Plus broadband. They will discover how to attract new customers while retaining existing ones with a choice of monthly allowance-based services and flexible top-ups that can be supplemented by other service improving options, all while earning competitive on-going monthly commission from every connection.
Wholesale partners meanwhile will learn how they can provide white-label ADSL and ADSL2+ services on the WBC platform using Entanet's wholesale product, EWCS (Entanet Wholesale Carrier Services) broadband. Using L2TP technology, EWCS is already being adopted by wholesale customers to meet their business growth demands rather than invest in more Centrals or wait for an alternative managed version of WBC.
Entanet's Marketing Manager, Darren Farnden said: "Our early involvement in 21CN and significant investment in taking WBC is already paying dividends. While a number of our reseller partners are modifying customers' ADSL connections to ADSL2+, we're taking orders from a number of wholesale customers for EWCS. Being first-to-market with ADSL2+ on BT 21CN is proving to be a positive experience and a valuable differentiator."
Additionally, Entanet will be demonstrating its comprehensive hosted IP telephony service, VoIP Enrich, which boasts extensive business class functionality including call recording, administrator and end user online management portals as well as white label functionality.
