they have to sell the crap in the warehouse first :P
After all this time they now add power failure prevention in there drives, this was the one problem they needed to solve way back
I think this is not the original OCZ company (I may be wrong) - were they bought out for the name? I think they are owned by sub company of Toshiba - so they bought it for the IP of the drive technology.
But I had no issue with my OCZ SSD Vertex - still running lasttime I powered my low power media server PC up, replaced by Samsung in my gaming Pc and a Qnap NAS webserver setup.
