...Corsair does a better job than most of balancing out-the-box noise output and cooling prowess.

It comes as no surprise that Corsair is bringing its bright and versatile Capellix LEDs to its line-up of all-in-one liquid coolers.

The firm's existing pump heads were long overdue a visual refresh, and the new range, dubbed the Elite Capellix and available in a choice of 240, 280 or 360 form factors, serves as the go-to choice for users seeking ample RGB customisation opportunity via Corsair's established iCue software.

Performance has barely changed - the latest model is on par with its RGB Pro XT predecessor - but the growing importance of cooler aesthetics in today's market holds the Elite Capellix in good stead. The modernised pump head is both brighter and sleeker in appearance, bundled RGB fans help complete the effect, and though the visible screw heads are an unfortunate misstep, Corsair does a better job than most of balancing out-the-box noise output and cooling prowess.

Bottom line: want vivid RGB to be integral to your PC? The iCue Elite Capellix is a fine choice, but do be aware the existing RGB Pro XT offers similar performance for less.

Any AIO review that does not compare vs the Arctic Liquid Freezer II is not complete.

The Liquid Freezer II 280 sets the benchmark in AIO performance and only costs £90. I can't understand why Hexus do not review this cooler and include it in comparison charts.

I imagine it also depends what other fairly current AIO models HEXUS has available in the office for comparison.
If they ain't got an Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280 dataset to hand, then you won't see the Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280 being compared against.

If they ain't got an Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280 dataset to hand, then you won't see the Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280 being compared against.

Given the Liquid Freezer II is generally regarded as the best performing and quietest AIO on the market, I find it frustrating that Hexus seem to have no interest in reviewing it. Are they not interested in the best hardware?
