From HEXUS’ perspective, one of our primary concerns in agreeing to host the MESH.care@HEXUS Customer Care forum was that the HEXUS.community discussion forums might become littered by paid representatives of competing system integrators, posing as unhappy MESH customers; and that these individuals, for their own nefarious purposes, would be effectively trying to hijack the positive work by MESH on the HEXUS.community; we believe our concerns are well founded, in that we have firm intelligence to believe this has happened elsewhere on the Internet.Consequently, HEXUS has made provision for genuine customers of MESH Computers, who want to receive additional benefits of being a MESH Customer by being a member of the MESH.care@HEXUS Customer Care forum, and receiving quick and easy answers to their questions, plus qualification for MESH2HEXUS Special Offers, to enter their MESH Customer Order Number when they first sign-up to the HEXUS.community.
Existing MESH Customers who are already members of the HEXUS.community should check their User Profile, and update it with their MESH Customer Order Number.
Personal feedback on MESH, its products and services is welcome and encouraged, but any complaints must be accompanied with:
1. A date of purchase (so that the context of the feedback can be more clearly understood)
2. A MESH Customer Order Number entered into your HEXUS User Profile (so that MESH can research the matter and respond in detail)
3. The status of the issue (e.g. open and unresolved; closed (in which case how has it been resolved); has already resulted in a refund)
Any feedback which does not provide these details will be moderated until they have been provided, and to help you, a MESH Customer Care representative will attempt to contact you asking for the requisite details.
In closing, HEXUS warmly welcomes MESH Computers to HEXUS.net and the ever-growing HEXUS.community, and we hope, as we believe, that MESH customers will greatly benefit from the MESH.care@HEXUS forum, the MESH2HEXUS Special Offers and the HEXUS.winners win4FREE competitions they’ll be qualified for.
