Sapphire has added a new model to its HD 6800 family - the HD 6870 1GB Dirt3 Edition.
Featuring clock speeds of 920MHz and 1,050MHz (4,200MHz effective) for the GPU and GDDR5 memory respectively, the HD 6870 1GB Dirt3 Edition is kitted-out with a dual-fan cooling solution. As its name suggests, you've also got a voucher for Dirt3 included, and there's support for the company's TriXX overclocking utility as well.
Getting a little more in-depth with Sapphire's cooling solution, it's said that special dust-repelling bearings and thin impellers, assist in reducing operating noise levels - thanks to the ability to move the same amount of air, at rotation speeds 10 per cent lower than conventional fans.
