Veda
Series™ Redefines Mobile Workstation Performance
with Dual Graphics Cards
Las
Vegas, NV, April 5, 2007 -- MALIBAL, a world leader
in innovative laptop design and development, today announced the
release of its
new Veda Series™ line of notebooks.
Available immediately, the Veda Series features an
extensive collection
of high-end options, including: 20.1" widescreen display, two hard
drive
bays and RAID 0/1, dual GPU capabilities with NVIDIA®
SLI™ technology and AMD
dual-core mobile technology.
NVIDIA®
SLI™ technology is a multi-GPU solution that
increases graphical processing power by linking multiple NVIDIA
graphics
processing units (GPUs) together to produce a single, high-performance
output.
Using
proprietary software algorithms and dedicated
scalability logic in each GPU, NVIDIA SLI technology delivers unmatched
graphics performance (up to 2X the performance of a single graphics
solution)
for all of today's latest workstation applications, including: Computer
Aided
Design (AutoCAD), Computer Aided Engineering (SolidWorks), and Digital
Content
Creation (Discreet 3DS MAX).
The Veda
Series is also powered with AMD Turion 64 X2
dual-core mobile technology, which produces increased multi-tasking and
multi-threaded performance for a richer user experience. This powerful dual-core
CPU significantly
increases response times while simultaneously running multiple
applications. This
enables users to burn CDs, stream online
content, edit digital photos and check emails, without lag or slowdown.
