AMD TO PRESENT AT CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON ANNUAL TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE


SUNNYVALE, CA - DECEMBER 01, 2003 - AMD (NYSE:AMD) today announced that AMD Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Robert J. Rivet will present at the Credit Suisse First Boston Annual Technology Conference at 9:00 a.m. MST (11:00 a.m. EST) on Thursday, December 4, 2003 at The Phoenician Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona.
