In the ring, you'll be glad to hear they’ll be plenty of illegal moves to enjoy and you’ll also be able to taunt your opponent by showboating, such as fighting with one hand tied behind your back. If you’re the victor you’ll be able to smash your opponent’s head clean off and display it in your trophy cabinet for all to see!Each character in the game will have a storyline to back up their quirky character and they'll also sport unique moves. Amongst the motley crew, there’s Voodoo, a 6ft 8” witch doctor from Mozambique; the chubby dungeon master, Steve who is a master in the hybrid fighting discipline of Ninja Boxing and Molotov; and the Russian-born demolitions expert who uses dynamite to bamboozle his opponents.
Thanks to the Photo game face feature, we’ll also be able to put our own face into the action and bring our ugly mugs online only to be smashed into smithereens- sounds great.
The trailers of Facebreaker have been extremely impressive and it certainly looks like a lot of fun. Working with cartoon characters has allowed EA to work outside the visual limitations of a serous boxing game, so it should at least be visually impressive.
