A multiplayer demo for the upcoming sci-fi themed first person shooter, Aliens vs. Predator, is now available to download on Xbox Live, the PlayStation Network and STEAM.

The demo will feature the three main species that are playable in the story-driven campaign, including a Colonial Marine, the Predator and the Alien. These three species will go head-to-head in a Deathmatch mode that gives you access to the multiplayer map named the Refinery.

When Aliens vs Predator launches on February 19th, 2010 they’ll be seven multiplayer modes available, including Survivor, Infestation and Predator Hunt.

Would love to know who told you that as the demo release date was leaked over 2 weeks ago when the trailer collection hit Xbox live and have a big green date at the bottom of the trailer saying the demo was coming on the 4th xD

The PC demo however seems to be late beta code as it says “this is not meant to represent final version” which I found strange. Why would you release a sub par demo, getting the feeling they rushed it to get it out on time xD

Still keeping the pre-order though.
Doesnt the retail PC version also come with steamworks which is currently 1/2 the price steam is selling it??
