Activision has confirmed that it will drop the price of its Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Variety Map Pack by 50% at the end of this month, as well as releasing a Hardcore Headquarters playlist that will allow players to gain Double XP.

Starting Tuesday Feb. 24th, the price of the pack will be reduced by 50% on both Xbox 360 and PS3, and on Feb 27th all gamers will be able to gain Double XP for one weekend only.
