The 615mb demo is available to Xbox Live Gold members in all regions immediately and as is now always the case, will be available to Silver members at a later time.
The description, taken from Xbox Live Marketplace reads:

Our resident gaming guru, Steven Williamson, would probably agree with that description as his hands on coverage of Devil May Cry 4 concluded that the game "is almost certain to adopt a new legion of fans upon its release early next year".
