Arthur & The Minimoys is inspired by the Universe created by Luc Besson's film of the same name. The game is due to be released to coincide with the movie's release.

Arthur & The Minimoys is an animated film which features dazzling graphics and a number of techincal innovations - the game is no different. The development team have worked closely with the film studio to create a game that firmly stays in line with the movie.

The story focuses on the adventures of Arthur and his two friends, Princess Selenia and her brother Bétamèche. Their mission is to save their World from destruction. The game is a fusion of action and adventure that includes fighting scary looking enemies, driving, flying, and a fair amount of puzzle solving. All these elements are mixed together with some superb visuals that add to the richness of the game.

Gamplay wise - you'll need to combine the three character's skills in order to progress. Each character brings something new to the table, Arthur is an acrobat, Selenia a warrior and Bétamèche a marksman. In solving mysteries and overcoming obstacles, players will realise that sometimes three isn't a crowd, it's essential in completing tasks. Each character will also have their own specific objectives as well as team based ones.

There are plenty of platform based elements that run through the adventure and approximately 50 puzzles to be solved.

Luc Besson's four volume story of Arthur & The Minmoys has sold over 950,000 copies in France, Atari will be hoping to repeat some of that success with this stylish adventure.
