Roll up, roll up, get your bug fixes here!
The latest release of Apple's software for iPod touch and iPhone devices is now available for download via iTunes.
The update, weighing in at just over 162MBs, brings the software version up to v1.1.4. Though Apple hasn't detailed what the update actually provides, it has stated that it contains "bug fixes" - who'd have thought?
Judging by the size of the update however, we like to believe this update is paving the way for the imminent release of Apple's iPhone SDK. Apple had originally pencilled the SDK in for a February 2008 release, it still has a few days to meet that target.
If you're using an unlocked iPhone, we wouldn't recommend upgrading your software just yet, these updates have been known to play foul with unlocked iPhones in the past. If however you do decide to try it, be sure to let us know how you get on in the HEXUS forums.
