CREATIVE SHOWCASE NEW PRODUCTS LIVE!

Creative Joins Virgin IE on Stand 364 in the Game-On Zone at Live! 2001



Creative (Nasdaq: CREAF) the worldwide leader in digital entertainment

products for the personal computer and the Internet, is preparing to

showcase a whole range of groundbreaking products at Live! 2001, including

their new range of soundcards, speakers and webcams.



Live! 2001 is due to take place on 21st- 23rd September 2001 at the NEC in

Birmingham and is the UK's biggest consumer electronics event.  Creative

will be one of over 100 exhibitors with a variety of products being

showcased including DVDs, TVs, Videos, hi-fi's, home entertainment, Internet

solutions, computer games, WAP mobiles and all things digital.



Sharing stand 364 in the 'Game - On' Zone with Virgin IE, Creative will be

using "Codename Outbreak," a pulse raising first person PC shoot-em-up
to

demonstrate the capabilities of Creative's latest gaming hardware.  This

will be brought to life using the recently launched Sound BlasterĀ®

Audigy(tm) line of PC audio cards which is powered by the new Audigy

processor, giving four times the processing power of any previous Creative

audio processor.



The Inspire 5300, Creative's top of the range 5.1 solution will be only one

of four of Creative's new range of speakers that will be showing at the

event.  There will also be the opportunity to trial their Playstation

specific PS2000 speakers on the nearby Playstation2 machines, listen to the

awesome power of the Megaworks speakers, and test out the Cambridge

SoundWorks 320 and FPS1600.



Several senior representatives from Creative will be at the event to

demonstrate the new hardware which will also include the soon to be launched

high end detachable webcam product, PC-Cam 300.  This new webcam will offer

extra functionality, advanced optical design and even greater versatility.
