Full specs

As you can see from the full specs below, ASUS couldn't resist offering a ton of different options, as usual. Only the 12 inch U20A and the 15.6 inch UX50V seem to feature the CULV processor, however.

Among the features highlighted by ASUS to presumably justify the price are:

  • A backlit LED display that consumes 50% less power than traditional LCD panels
  • Up to 12 hours of continuous operation
  • Screen brightness auto-adjustment according to ambient lighting
  • Backlit keyboard
  • Fast boot-up
  • "Chic" design

We'd like to know what you think of this new range, which is expected to be available in the UK from Early July. Do you think ASUS has made the right choice in trying to appeal to a more up-market consumer or has it priced itself out of the market? Let us know in the HEXUS.community discussion forums.
