Bare bones

Antec is daring to be different with its new chassis that is essentially a frame with a great big fan on the top. It's called the Skeleton and you can find out more about it in the HEXUS review here.

Warrington distie VIP has announced it will be distributing it in the UK and has already received stock. "Yet again Antec are proving to be in front of the competition by producing a chassis like the Skeleton," said VIP product manager Victoria Davies. "Since the Skeleton was first announced VIP has received a lot of enquires from customers who are eagerly awaiting this stock."

A quick look around the etailers show's they're still waiting and considerable variation in pricing. At Scan it's on pre-order for £119.79, while Ebuyer also offers it for pre-order, but there you'll have to shell out £164.21. Dabs is showing no sign of it at all.

Do they give you a cage to stick it in to prevent EMI as well?
fantastic waste of money to most users, I'd say even for majority of benchers too since you can't fit tall aircoolers
I reckon Antec should have called it The Marmite

Our honest recommendation is to stay away from this joke.
Who benches on Air? Anyway if I wanted a test bench it would be something that I could access easily and the skeleton does not really fit the bill.
