New products added to its range and guidance on interoperability
Basingstoke: 6 July 2016: - Exertis, a leading distributor of technology products for the B2B, mobile and retail markets, today announced further additions to its Smart Tech range of products and an outline of how it is helping retailers and e-tailers address this growing market.
Already recognised as the leading distributor for smart technology products with an enviable portfolio that encompasses categories that include energy and lighting, monitoring and security, safety and comfort, Exertis is tackling the compatibility issue by helping retailers to range products that work with one another.
Rod Slater, Exertis head of Smart Tech, said “With so many new products on the market, consumers need to be aware of which products are compatible with one another to make the most of the smart technology products that can add security, save on energy costs or enhance the décor and comfort of a home. Interoperability is a key selling point and retailers will gain increased customer satisfaction and sales by helping their customers understand and overcome this issue. Exertis is well positioned to address this with its wide portfolio and expertise in this area.”
Exertis has added the Drayton range of miGenie thermostats that enable you to control heating from an app on your mobile device. Easy to install using an industry standard backplate, the miGenie Wish range offers a single, dual or multichannel thermostat that is ideal for combination or conventional boilers for home or larger properties. In the security category, Exertis has added the Allie Camera from IC Real Tech a 360-degree camera that can be used for surveillance, recording events and for VR with the AllieVR. In addition, Exertis can offer the Smanos range of Wi-Fi alarm systems that can be connected to a router or an existing LAN and are ideal for home, SOHO or small shops. The range also includes a Wi-Fi alarm system with an HD Wi-Fi camera and a smart video doorbell. Lastly, in the monitoring category, Exertis is supplying the iHealth Labs new Fitness Tracker “Wave” designed for swimmers.
