VIP Computer Centre Ltd (VIP), the UK's leading independent distributor of computer components and peripherals, today announced the release of simplified and updated Terms and Conditions, written in plain English.
The updated Terms and Conditions consolidate previous versions into one simple format. Written without the abundance of legal jargon typically seen in such documents, the update forms part of VIP's ongoing efficiency drive that has simplified the relationship between the Warrington based distributor and its customers.
E-commerce has been incorporated for DAS, XML and website customers to bring the document in-line with VIP's full range of electronic services.
VIP's Trade Application form has also been revised and as a consequence is simpler to complete and takes less time to be internally processed. In effect this reduces the inevitable delay that new customers face between applying for an account and receiving their first order.
These improvements highlight VIP's dedication to continuing to invest in this series of corporate and back-office initiatives, implemented to enhance customer satisfaction at a time when elsewhere they may have been sacrificed to reduced costs.
