INGRAM MICRO EMEA ANNOUNCES SALE OF INGRAM MICRO’S DANISH BROAD LINE OPERATIONS TO ACTEBIS

BRUSSELS, (Belgium) March 20, 2009 - Ingram Micro EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), a division of Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM), the largest global wholesale provider of technology products and supply chain management services, today announced the sale of Ingram Micro's broad line operations in Denmark to Actebis. Ingram Micro's successful DC/POS (data capture/point of sale) operation in Denmark is not impacted by this announcement and will remain a strategic business of Ingram Micro EMEA.

Jay Forbes, President of Ingram Micro EMEA, said: "We are pleased to have entered into this agreement with Actebis. They are a strong broad line leader who will offer our customers continued service in the Danish market. We look forward to continuing to grow our strong DC/POS operations in Denmark as well as the entire Nordics region."

Klaus Hellmich, Chief Executive Officer of Actebis Group said: "We have taken this good opportunity to strengthen our market position in Northern Europe and have succeeded in establishing a fair agreement with Ingram Micro concerning the acquisition of distribution activities in Denmark. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed early in the third quarter of 2009. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

All Ingram Micro broad line employees in Denmark will transfer to Actebis upon closing.
